Lost but never forgotten, ever! (In memory of those who died)

Sunday October 23, 1983, at 6:22 AM, a coward drove a 5 ton truck full of explosives into the 4 story marine barracks in Beirut and blew it up killing 241 marines and causing the barracks to implode and fall into a massive pile of concrete and rubble. For the 241 marines that died, this was one of those unusual days in which they had the chance to sleep in; they never knew what was coming.

I lost some very good friends on that day and this date has always been very hard for me. This is just my way of keeping their memory alive and reminding everyone what our military personnel are willing to do for those of us at home. Please join me in saying a prayer for their families and lets not forget them ever because they paid the highest price any one could pay. Rest in peace my military brothers, you will never be forgotten.
