What the heck is it ?

Hey everyone. While I was at work last Friday, I saw one of the strangest things sitting in a hotel parking lot across the street from where I was working. I had to check this thing out along with about a hundred other people. As you can tell from the two pictures it looks like something from a Mad Max movie or from some post apocalyptic end of the world type movie. After checking the thing out I finely figured out what it was, however I am not going to tell you (Yet). I thought it would be fun to post the two pictures on the blog and have you the reader come up with Ideas as to what this thing is and what it does. So check out the pictures and then click on comments and you tell me what you think it is. I will wait about a week and then tell you what I found out about it. I am looking forward to seeing what you will come up with. NOTE: you can't really see it in the picture to well, but the license plate is from Calif.
